We offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. Careismatic Brands orders ship via UPS and USPS delivery services. This service utilizes both UPS and the US Postal Service for handling. Your package may be delivered by one of these carriers depending on your shipping option chose and your location. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase; if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. Just visit our online returns page, print our convenient shipping label, and complete your return. Careismatic Brands wants you to love your product and is offering Free Returns on Cheroeke, Dickies, Healing Hands, Medelita and Med Couture products; all other products will be charged $8.98 return/ restocking fee.

- All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags
- Products that were ordered as a set must be returned with all the set components
- We will not accept returns on personalized items
- We will not acceprt returns on garments or footwear that have been worn, stained, damaged or laundered.
- We will not accept returns on Clearance or Final Sales items
- We will not accept returns on items outside of the 30 day return window
- Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process, and some banks may require additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account.
